- A fully inter-active and around-the-clock service wherever necessary.
- Ensure that maximum effort is made to give the ship the quickest turn-around with minimum costs.
- Except where otherwise agreed, our agency fee shall be a reasonable, 'ALL-IN' amount with no hidden charges or extras.
- Port expenses and other approved extraordinary items shall be invoiced at costs, duly supported by vouchers.
- We shall keep a strict accounting discipline and a full refund of any balance will be made in good time.
